Important Notes

Approval of a U.S. visa is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the consular officer. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the United States; the final decision is made by the Customs and Border Protection officer at the port of entry.

Honesty during the interview is critical. Providing false information or fraudulent documents can result in a permanent ban from entering the United States. Our consultants will help you prepare truthful and compelling answers to common interview questions.

The B1/B2 visa is typically valid for 10 years for most nationalities, allowing multiple entries. However, each stay is limited to a maximum of 180 days, as determined by the CBP officer upon arrival. Overstaying your permitted duration can result in visa revocation and future travel restrictions.

Additional documents may be requested depending on your individual circumstances. Our team will provide a personalized checklist after reviewing your profile during the initial consultation.
